F.B.I Director Mr. Comey said the F.B.I. is not recommending charges against Mrs. Clinton to the Justice Department for handling classified information. But he also added that Mrs. Clinton and her staff were “extremely careless” in their use of email.
Also the F.B.I's recommendations will have a major impact in the forthcoming presidential elections.
